The Brief
Vanessa, a wellness and nutrition coach specialising in youth football, needed a brand identity as grounded as her coaching philosophy. The brand name "Energie im Wachstum" (Energy in Growth) drove every decision, from the tree and DNA helix logo to an Instagram content pillar system and a 185 page guide for parents of young football players, published in German, English, and Spanish. The guide, titled "Timing Beats Randomness," teaches parents a simple decision system (Load → Timing → Plate) to keep their child's energy consistent across training days, tournaments, and recovery.

What I Learned
A strong content pillar system does more than fill a content calendar. For Energie im Wachstum, breaking nutrition into clear, repeatable topics (like hydration timing carousels and the "everyday vs. training day" nutrition framework) gave the brand an educational voice that builds long term audience trust. Producing a 185 page guide in three languages taught me how much layout consistency matters across translations. The design has to hold together even when the text length changes.
Expanding the Reach
Energie im Wachstum expanded into an English-speaking audience through a parallel account — fuel.kids.performance — with a dedicated website built to convert Instagram engagement into email subscribers and recipe downloads. A visitor who finds the content arrives at a clean landing page, enters their email, and receives the recipe directly in their inbox. The system handles everything between the first click and the download automatically.
